Who We Are.
Most transitional housing is siloed by category-Reentry, Recovery, Domestic Violence and Homelessness-and Women whose circumstances don't fit these funding silos often slip through the cracks. NEW DAY is intentionally Non-categorical. We accept women navigating any of the situations above because in our experience the underlying needs-Stability, Community, and Dignity are the same.

+ Addiction Recovery (Post Treatment)
+ Reentry from incarceration
+ Financial Hardship/Housing Insecurity
+ Life Transitions- Foster care aging out, Family loss, DisplacementWe May NOT be the right Fit for
- Active untreated substance use
- Registered Sex Offenders
- Untreated acute mental health crises
- Women with Minors residing with them
- Violent or Arson charges within 5 years
